Volunteer with Us

Be a part of the magic. From dropping ducks into the river to greeting families at the booth, our volunteers make the Regatta possible. We could not do this without you.

So Many Volunteer Spots Available!

Whether you have an hour or a whole day, we have a spot for you. Bring a friend, bring your kids, or bring your whole team. The more, the merrier!

How You Can Help

Volunteer Opportunities

From event day to behind-the-scenes, here are the ways you can join the Regatta family. All roles are family-friendly and great for individuals, couples, families, or groups.

🦆

Duck Adoptions

Help our team adopt out ducks at the URS booth on event day. You will meet sponsors, answer questions, and help families pick their lucky ducks.

🎉

Event Booth Support

Welcome guests, hand out merch, distribute Regatta information, and help keep our URS booth running smoothly throughout the festival.

🌟

Be Quackers!

Step into the costume and become Quackers, our beloved Regatta mascot. Spread smiles, give high-fives, and pose for photos with kids and families.

🧽

Duck Cleanup & Repack

Help us clean, sanitize, and repack the ducks the days after the Regatta so they are ready for their next big race. Fun group activity!

For Groups

Bring Your Whole Team

Looking for a meaningful way for your company, church, civic group, or organization to give back together? Group volunteering at the Regatta is a fun, easy way to build team bonds while making a real difference for local children and adults with disabilities.

We will work with you to find the right shift, the right role, and the right number of spots. Groups can also host a Duck Sales Campaign to fundraise within their organization in the weeks leading up to the Regatta.

Ready to chat? Reach out to Sarah Gradel and she will get you set up.
